GEARBOX DIS_ASSEMBLY

first, we pull out the rod holding the gear selectors/clutch dogs whatchamacallits, then the gear lay shaft as shown

..now there should be a stack of gears held by the layshaft; let's flip it around so that the gears can go onto it as we remove them...

(Note: all components are shown, removed and kept aside in the Exact same sequence as they were inside the gearbox!)

...the selector can be removed now

...remove gears...(gears are shown in strict sequence as they come off)

remove the layshaft, thats the second selector/clutchdog whatchamacallits you see too the right of the bearing

the whole layshaft and accompanying gears are out now

gear selectors

your gears, masta...in correct sequence

drop out the selector mechanism from the other side...

well, we are done (for now).
